3 · Fees — $250 Engagement + Sliding Scale

Engagement fee: $250 (non-refundable) charged to engage the service (intake, verification, setup). Then the sliding service fee below applies to the authorized amount moved. Facilitation/transfer only — far below the recovery program; the rate slides down with size to reflect largely fixed handling effort.

4 · Authorization

The Client authorizes QUANTVESTRIX INC. to receive the authorized amount from the Payor and remit it to the Client net of the service fee above. The Client warrants the amount is genuinely authorized by the Payor and that proof will be provided. QVTX does not pursue, demand, or negotiate any amount under this form.

Counsel to confirm (DRAFT): money-transmission / escrow licensing may apply when receiving and remitting third-party funds; verify this is true authorized-funds handling (not disguised collection or settlement, which would trigger FDCPA/TSR). Funds flow through the verified payout rails with multi-source verification + authority-chain release.
